PAYMENT POLICY

1) ENS STAR SALES AND SERVICES LLP (Hereinafter referred to as ENS STAR SALES) has associated with the following Banking/Non-banking Institution (s) and Payment Gateways, including their contact details, to facilitate easy remittance of any payment to ENS STAR SALES  on any account whatsoever:

2) Any charges levied by the above-mentioned Banking/Non-banking Institution (s) and Payment Gateways, shall be borne by ENS STAR SALES.  However, ENS STAR SALES shall in no way be responsible for any charges whatsoever recovered from the remitting Direct Seller/Consumer, by those Banking/Non-banking Institution (s) and Payment Gateway(s) that have remitted the amount(s) to the above-mentioned ENS STAR SALES Accounts. 

3) The security of the payments to the above-mentioned ENS STAR SALES accounts has been secured by the respective Banking/Non-banking Institution (s) and Payment Gateway(s).

4) Refund of any payment by ENS STAR SALES to its Direct Seller/Consumer shall be made to the source remitting account/credit card/debit card account from where the payment was initiated by such Direct seller/Consumer and under no circumstance whatsoever to any other or third-party account.
